Cancellations & Returns Policy


At Zee Gear, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our cancellation and returns policy has been designed to accommodate your needs:
Exchanges:
We gladly offer exchanges within 7 days of your purchase.
To initiate an exchange, please send an email to contactus@zeegear.net within 2 days of delivery.
You can also visit our showroom within 7 days of receiving the item for assistance.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Original condition includes the item being in its original packaging with all labels and stickers intact.
Please ship back the product in its unused, original condition. After receiving the shipment, we will inspect it, and upon confirmation of its original state, we can proceed with the exchange or issue a credit note (valid for 45 days, no refunds).
Note: Shipping charges for the exchange will be at the customer's expense.
Final Sale Items:
All products purchased in-store and online during SALE periods are considered final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Warranty on discounted items is conditional.
Refund Policy
Zee Gear does not offer a refund policy.
In the event that the product received by the customer is defective or damaged, Zee Gear will repair or replace the product after inspecting and validating the claim.
